Our Customer success team is composed of Michelle, Victor and William. They are experts in Amazon ads management and performance optimization, with proven successes with Amazon certifications. They also know the m19 tool by heart, so they are here to answer all of your concerns about the tool: don't hesitate to reach out! They also love feedback :)
The team is available via our chatbot (his name is Ferdi!) every weekday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM (UTC+2). Otherwise, they will answer by email. We usually answer within 24 hours.
